Angel and Venture Capital Investment Resources
The E Center assists entrepreneurs and small businesses obtain investment funding, primarily through angel investors and venture capital firms.
Angel investors and qualified investors generally seek to invest in early-stage business enterprises that require a smaller amount of capital. They will often provide personal industry experience and facilitate business networking in addition to capital funding. The Eastern Idaho Angels Group provides regional angel investment funding in Eastern and Southeastern Idaho.
Venture capital firms generally have a greater pool of capital for investment, so they generally do not fund entrepreneurs simply with a business idea. Entrepreneurs or small businesses likely to obtain this funding will need to persuade venture capitalists with evidence that their business venture is both highly likely to succeed and will be highly profitable within several years time. Highway 12 Ventures and Epic Ventures are two partners that provide regional investment funding in Eastern and Southeastern Idaho.
The E Center can help you obtain funding by assisting in creating a business plan, performing market analyses, conducting surveys, and more. The E Center can also facilitate opportunities for you to pitch to either angel investors or venture capital groups.
